Anna Klenkar started real estate in 2018 following a career in PR and nonprofit consulting. Trained in a unique combination of strategy and client services, she offers unparalleled support and guidance to buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
Though her business has grown, Anna stays true to her nonprofit roots advocating for tenants, teaching landlords their rights and obligations, and writing extensively about the past, present, and future of housing in NYC. In 2021 she began making TikTok videos that increased her reach, getting this important information to a broader audience. Through panels, trainings, reading, and mentorship, she is constantly learning in order to better serve her clients and community.
A resident of Harlem from 2012-2023 (now downtown), Anna has done deals in four Boroughs (sorry, Staten Island), although she primarily focuses on Manhattan and adjacent Brooklyn.
