As we head into Labor Day weekend, it feels like everyone in NYC is impossibly busy or totally checked out until after the holiday.
During this time of extremes, mortgage i
nterest rates hit their lowest point since 2016 and buyers are taking notice. The rental market is adjusting to the new laws and how landlords are following or ignoring the new regulations. It's an interesting landscape on both fronts, and I'm loving all the opportunities to learn. Ask me anything!
