We are officially in a spring market; 200 new properties were listed each day last week. This adds to the glut of inventory, but buyers are starting to get active, so there's opportunity if you sell wisely.
To that end, I've included posts about how to buy with resale in mind, the mansion and transfer tax changes, and what to expect from an agent you're paying commission. Because right now if you price right and market well, you can move properties quickly near ask, but if you don't the days on market will hurt you.
